1. General information

These Terms & Conditions govern use of the website bloombeauty.es and the purchase of services and products offered by Bloom Beauty, based at C/ Adolfo Luque Chicote, Local 8, San Pedro de Alcántara, Marbella, Spain. Contact: elena@bloombeauty.es.

2. Services

Bloom Beauty offers facial and body aesthetic treatments at its Marbella centre and, soon, Sotogrande. Bookings are managed via the Fresha platform and are subject to availability.

• Treatment prices are shown on each service page and may be updated without prior notice.
• Session durations are approximate and may vary according to client needs.
• Bloom Beauty reserves the right to decline a service if the client's condition is not suitable.

3. Bookings and cancellations

• Bookings can be made via Fresha or by contacting us directly.
• To cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours' notice.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows may incur a charge of 50% of the service price.
• Bloom Beauty may cancel or reschedule appointments due to force majeure or emergencies, notifying the client as soon as possible.

4. Online shop purchases

• Products are sold subject to stock availability.
• Prices include VAT and are displayed in euros (€).
• Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We do not store card details.
• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped to the countries listed at checkout.
• Under EU consumer law you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, provided the product is unopened and in its original condition. To exercise this right, contact us at elena@bloombeauty.es.

5. Intellectual property

All website content (text, images, logos, design) is the property of Bloom Beauty or its respective rights holders and is protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Reproduction, distribution or public communication without express authorisation is prohibited.

6. Limitation of liability

Bloom Beauty is not liable for:

• Adverse reactions arising from medical conditions not disclosed prior to treatment.
• Interruptions or errors in site access caused by factors outside our control.
• Indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the courts of Marbella, unless consumer protection regulations provide otherwise.

8. Modifications

Bloom Beauty reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The current version will always be available on this page.
