What does INDIBA 448 kHz radiofrequency actually do?+
INDIBA works at 448 kHz, a frequency that restores the cell's ionic exchange and generates controlled deep heat. That produces three effects in a single session: more oxygenation and drainage, fibroblast stimulation for collagen and elastin, and a faster metabolism in the treated tissue. It does not burn or damage the skin — the temperature is controlled throughout via the handpiece.
Can I have INDIBA with metal implants, a coil or a pacemaker?+
A pacemaker or any other implanted electronic device is an absolute contraindication and we cannot treat you. Metal implants (prostheses, plates, screws, a copper IUD) do not rule the treatment out, but we need to know beforehand so we can adjust the area and the intensity. We also do not treat during pregnancy, or over areas with thrombosis, active infection or cancer under treatment. Tell us your history when you book.
What does it feel like, and can I go straight out afterwards?+
You feel a pleasant, gradually building warmth, much like a warm massage — never painful. There are no needles, no anaesthetic and no downtime: the skin may look slightly flushed for an hour or two, and you can wear make-up and carry on with your day immediately. Needing the loo more often over the following hours is normal — that is the drainage effect.
