A FIRE & ICE iS CLINICAL session takes around 60 minutes. We recommend allowing a little extra time for the initial consultation and personalised skin advice.
Is it right for my skin type?+
Every session starts with an assessment of your skin: hydration, sensitivity, pores, pigmentation and the state of your barrier. We adapt the actives and the intensity from there, so the same treatment is delivered differently on sensitive skin than on oily skin. If you have rosacea, active acne or dermatitis, tell us when you book.
Can I wear make-up and go out afterwards?+
Yes. There is no downtime: skin may look flushed for a while and is best left to breathe for the rest of the day, but you can wear make-up if you need to. Do avoid sauna, pool and direct sun for 24 hours, and use SPF the next day.
How often should I repeat it?+
Every four weeks matches the skin's own renewal cycle best. For a specific goal (pigmentation, acne, laxity) we work in closer courses at first and then move to monthly maintenance. At your appointment we write down the schedule and the home routine that keeps the result going.
