Full body or focus on one area?+
It depends on the goal. For fluid retention, general heaviness or recovery after exertion, full body delivers more. If your concern is cellulite on the glutes and legs, concentrating the time there produces a faster result in that area.
What should I do before and after?+
Arrive well hydrated and without a heavy meal just beforehand. Afterwards, drink plenty of water: a fair amount of fluid has been mobilised and needing the loo more over the following hours is normal. Skip alcohol that day if you want the drainage effect.
