What Endosphères Therapy is
Endosphères Therapy works with a roller of silicone spheres that applies compressive microvibration to the tissue. That low-frequency vibration acts at once on the lymphatic system, microcirculation, adipose tissue and muscle tone, in a comfortable, pain-free session.
Why it works on legs and glutes
This is where fluid retention, oedematous cellulite and fibrosis accumulate most. The rhythmic compression of the spheres moves retained fluid towards the drainage pathways, breaks down stiffness in fibrous tissue and improves oxygenation, while the vibration tones the muscle of the area.
Results and course
Legs feel lighter from the first session and orange-peel texture softens progressively. We recommend a course of ten to twelve sessions, twice a week, followed by maintenance. Ask us about package options — this treatment is designed to be done as a series, not in isolation.

What is Endospheres compressive micro-vibration?+
The Endospheres handpiece carries 55 rotating silicone spheres that generate low-frequency compressive micro-vibration. That vibration works on the connective tissue and the lymphatic system at the same time: it breaks down the fibrosis behind cellulite, reactivates circulation and drains retained fluid, without stressing the skin.
Which kind of cellulite or concern is it best for?+
It works particularly well on oedematous and fibrous cellulite, heavy legs, fluid retention and loss of tone after pregnancy or weight loss. If your main goal is reducing localised fat volume, we combine it with INDIBA so the fat cell metabolism is worked on too.
How many sessions are needed and what changes in between?+
We recommend 8 to 12 sessions, twice a week, with monthly maintenance afterwards. Legs usually feel lighter and less swollen from the very first session; the visible improvement in orange-peel texture builds progressively from around the fourth or fifth.
