Elbow to wrist
Half arm waxing covers the forearm, from elbow to wrist — the part on show with short or three-quarter sleeves. It is a brief session and a practical option as maintenance between full arm appointments.
LYCON wax, less irritation
We work with low-temperature LYCON wax, which adheres to the hair rather than the skin. It removes even the shortest, finest hair from the root, with less pull and none of the marked redness other waxes leave. The skin is prepared beforehand with a protective oil and calmed afterwards.
Frequency and aftercare
Repeating every four weeks, hair grows back finer and less dense over time. Avoid direct sun and swimming pools for the first 24 hours, and exfoliate gently from day three to prevent ingrown hairs.

Where can I have Half Arms?+

How long does the session take?+
A Half Arms session takes around 30 minutes. We recommend allowing a little extra time for the initial consultation and personalised skin advice.
Which area does a half arm cover?+
Elbow to wrist. It's the usual choice, since it's the part on show all year. If you'd like the back of the hand and fingers included, just say so at the start.
How often does it need repeating?+
Every four to five weeks. Arm hair grows more slowly than leg hair, so the result holds longer — the key is not shaving between appointments, which would break the cycle.
Is there a visible line where the waxing stops?+
If your forearm hair contrasts strongly with the upper arm, the transition can show. In that case we usually suggest a full arm, or blending around the elbow — we'll look at it with you before starting.
