Facial waxing with LYCON wax
We work with low-temperature LYCON wax, formulated with natural resins and waxes that grip the hair rather than the skin. On the face that makes all the difference: less pull, less redness and a far lower risk of irritation on a particularly delicate area.
What it includes
Full face waxing covers the brows, upper lip, chin, sides, hairline and sideburns, shaped to suit your features. We prepare the skin beforehand with a protective oil and calm it afterwards with a dedicated post-wax product.
Aftercare and frequency
Hair needs to be around 5 mm long for the wax to grip properly. Afterwards, avoid direct sun, sauna and make-up for the first few hours. Repeating every three or four weeks means hair grows back finer and sparser. If you use retinoids or acids, pause them a few days before and let us know in the treatment room.

How long does the session take?+
A FULL FACE WAX session takes around 30 minutes. We recommend allowing a little extra time for the initial consultation and personalised skin advice.
How long does my hair need to be?+
About 5 mm — roughly two to three weeks of growth. Any shorter and the wax cannot grip properly, so the result won't last; much longer and removal is more uncomfortable (if you have left it a while, we trim it for you first). Don't shave between appointments: it breaks the hair cycle and puts you back to square one.
How long do the results last and how often should I come back?+
Three to four weeks for most people, depending on your growth cycle. Keeping to a regular four-week rhythm makes regrowth finer and sparser, because all the hair in the same cycle is removed together and the follicle weakens over time.
Does it hurt, and what happens afterwards?+
It is a brief pull, and the first appointment always feels sharper than the ones that follow. We use low-temperature LYCON wax, which grips the hair rather than the skin, so it is considerably more comfortable. Afterwards: no sun, pool, sauna or gym for 24 hours, loose clothing, and gentle exfoliation from day three to prevent ingrown hairs.
