BALLANCER® PRESSOTHERAPY – LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE, CIRCULATION & TOTAL WELLBEING
The Ballancer® Pressotherapy treatment is an advanced lymphatic drainage therapy designed to support circulation, stimulate the lymphatic system, and improve overall body wellbeing. Through a carefully controlled sequential compression massage, Ballancer® technology helps encourage the natural movement of fluids throughout the body while providing a deeply relaxing experience.
The lymphatic system plays an important role in maintaining fluid balance, supporting circulation, and helping the body eliminate waste products naturally. Factors such as prolonged sitting or standing, hormonal changes, travel, poor circulation, surgery, and lifestyle habits can contribute to fluid retention, swelling, tired legs, and feelings of heaviness.
Ballancer® works by applying graduated compression through specialised garments, creating a rhythmic massage effect that supports lymphatic flow and circulation. This process helps reduce fluid retention, relieve swelling, and promote a feeling of lightness throughout the body.
The treatment is particularly beneficial for individuals experiencing tired legs, water retention, cellulite, poor circulation, or those recovering from aesthetic procedures when approved by their healthcare professional. It is also an excellent complementary treatment alongside body contouring and facial programmes, helping support overall wellbeing and recovery.
In addition, Ballancer® Pressotherapy is suitable for pregnancy when appropriate and following professional assessment, offering a gentle way to support circulation and reduce feelings of heaviness in the legs.

Good to know
A BALLANCER® PRESSOTHERAPY session takes around 30 minutes. We recommend allowing a little extra time for the initial consultation and personalised skin advice.
A garment with air chambers inflates and deflates in sequence, from the ankles up towards the abdomen, mimicking the path of manual lymphatic drainage. The immediate effect is lighter, less swollen legs; over a course it improves fluid retention, heaviness and the look of oedematous cellulite.
Mild varicose veins are not a barrier — heaviness in the legs is one of the commonest reasons people book it. Active or recent venous thrombosis, decompensated heart or kidney failure, acute infection and pregnancy are contraindications. If any of these apply, tell us before booking so we can suggest an alternative.
For drainage and fluid retention, the usual pattern is two sessions a week for four to six weeks, then weekly or fortnightly maintenance. It pairs very well before or after an INDIBA or icoone body session, because it helps clear what those treatments mobilise.
