What the OBSERV skin analysis is
OBSERV is a skin imaging device that photographs your face under several controlled light modes — daylight, cross-polarised, parallel-polarised and true UV. Each mode reads a different depth of the skin, so pigmentation, vascular activity, congestion, oil balance, texture and accumulated sun damage all become visible on screen instead of being guessed at.
How the session works
You rest your face in the unit for a few seconds while the images are captured, and then Elena goes through them with you side by side. It is completely non-invasive: no product, no contact with the skin, no downtime. What comes out of it is a clear picture of what your skin is actually doing and a treatment and homecare plan built on that, rather than on appearance alone.
Who it is for
It suits anyone starting a course of treatment, anyone whose skin has stopped responding to a routine, and anyone dealing with pigmentation, redness or breakouts who wants to know what is driving them. Repeating the imaging after a few months is the honest way to see progress: the same lighting, the same angles, side by side with where you began.

How long does the session take?+
A SKIN ANALYZER OBSERV session takes around 15 minutes. We recommend allowing a little extra time for the initial consultation and personalised skin advice.
What does OBSERV show that the eye can't see?+
It uses several light modes (polarised, UV, true light) that reveal different layers: accumulated sun damage that hasn't yet surfaced, deep pigmentation, sebaceous congestion, texture, dehydration and the state of your skin barrier. It's a visual diagnosis, not a medical test.
Do I need to come without make-up?+
Yes. We cleanse beforehand and the skin must be completely bare — no sunscreen, no creams with filters or pigments, as they distort the UV reading. Come bare-faced if you can; if not, we'll remove it on arrival.
What do I take away from the session?+
The images of your skin in each light mode and a written plan: which in-clinic treatment suits you, in what order and how often, plus the home routine that supports it. It's the logical starting point before beginning a course of peels, microneedling or INDIBA.
