Micro Exfoliating Agents

Reina de los Prados Extract – Plant with white flowers, from which the first salicylates with antipyretic properties that would later give rise to aspirin were extracted. The extract is obtained from the flowers of the plant. It facilitates the detachment of the corneocytes, accelerating the natural exfoliation process and acting as an excellent epidermal regenerator.
Alpha-Hydroxy Acids – These are a class of acids derived from fruit sugars and even milk. They help to stimulate the desquamation process of the corneocytes found on the surface of the stratum corneum. At relatively low concentrations, they are recognized for their moisturizing effects on the skin and, at the same time, stimulate the production of amino acids at the time of corneocyte desquamation. At higher concentrations, they have keratolytic effects that allow exfoliating and smoothing the skin.
Purifying Agents
